The tools you need to stay fit at home (and at the gym)

In Belgium, the gyms already opened but personally, I am not planning to go to the gym anytime soon. I don't have a gym nearby and I am not really a fan of having to make a reservation, needing to keep my distance, taking an extra risk to get sick... I also really learned to enjoy working out at home and I am even considering to cancel my gym membership. I feel like working out at home fits my lifestyle better.

How to start talking on camera?

A few months ago, one of my good IG friends @debby_thechocoholic posted on her stories that she was bored during the lockdown. I knew she has been wanting to start her yoga YouTube channel for a while so I asked why she wasn't working on that. That's when she started talking to me about her insecurities to get in front of that camera (which a lot of people struggle with). I decided to give her that little extra push and a few weeks later, SHE DID IT! She started her own YouTube channel 'Zen With Debby' and I couldn't be more proud. As I know a lot of people struggle with talking on camera, I asked her if she would like to share her story with you so you can do it too!
