Lauren and I met on Twitter and I loved all her posts about working out. That's why I asked her if she would like to write a guest post for my blog and I was lucky because she immediately said yes! Hope you will enjoy it.
In Belgium, the gyms already opened but personally, I am not planning to go to the gym anytime soon. I don't have a gym nearby and I am not really a fan of having to make a reservation, needing to keep my distance, taking an extra risk to get sick... I also really learned to enjoy working out at home and I am even considering to cancel my gym membership. I feel like working out at home fits my lifestyle better.
A few months ago, one of my good IG friends @debby_thechocoholic posted on her stories that she was bored during the lockdown. I knew she has been wanting to start her yoga YouTube channel for a while so I asked why she wasn't working on that. That's when she started talking to me about her insecurities to get in front of that camera (which a lot of people struggle with). I decided to give her that little extra push and a few weeks later, SHE DID IT! She started her own YouTube channel 'Zen With Debby' and I couldn't be more proud. As I know a lot of people struggle with talking on camera, I asked her if she would like to share her story with you so you can do it too!

In this blog post, she will tell you how you can make sure that your goals are right for you and that you are not picking them to impress others. If this is something you are struggling with, keep reading!
