I got a question from a friend which YouTube channels are good for home workouts so I thought I would share my favorite ones with you.
I started doing yoga with her 30 day beginner yoga challenge. Kino mainly teaches ashtanga yoga, which is a more intensive form of yoga.
Personally, pilates is not my favourite form of exercise but it surely gets your muscles burning and improves your cardio!
3. Fitness Blender
To be honest, I prefer yoga over strength workouts when I’m home but if you want to build some muscle and get stronger at home, I would recommend this channel!
4. Yoga With Adriene
If you know me, you know that this is my favourite YouTube channel. I am currently doing a free 30 day yoga challenge on this channel! If you’re a beginner, this is the perfect channel! But even if you’re more experienced, you will love it.
5. Boho Beautiful
This channel is mainly yoga and pilates or a combination. Some workouts/yoga sessions are a bit harder.
